Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Technical Lead to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented development squad while driving innovative solutions through technical mentorship and strategic collaboration. You’ll work on impactful projects, leverage cutting-edge microservices and event-driven architectures, and shape the technical roadmap to deliver robust software solutions.
In this role you will:
- Lead a squad of 4+ developers, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Product and Agility teams to shape the technical roadmap.
- Design and implement microservices and event-driven architecture solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience leading development teams with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in microservices architecture and domain-driven design.
- Proficiency in event-driven architecture and Java development.
- Strong experience with software analysis, testing, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with object-oriented design, debugging, and lifecycle development.
- Familiarity with integrating software with existing systems and maintaining standards compliance.
